No growth

Company was small, still needed to grow. Co workers was friendly. Would work a 8am to 5pm or a 7am to a 4pm shift, it was your choice what time you would like to come in. You make your sales if you are on target for the day you can go home at a certain time eg _ if you on target before tea time you go home at 1. There was a few challenges where customers would be rude or just hang up the phone but as a sales agent you would need to stay calm and handle it with profession.

Exellent working place

I have learned to work in a big company and learn from other people to be a better employee.able to work underpressure as tge company get busy nou and then.most challenging is working in a noisy place and not able to communicate with clients well and enjoyed building relationship with my client and co workers

Excellent with customers

Reason why I find myself a great person to fit this job. Is I have working experience in call center and as well as good with customer. I am hard working and I see my self as demanding to greatness. I am well to learn and be the I can be. I see myself far with the company and I'm sure that I can be a great addition towards your company

Hard worker

I am friendly, outgoing and positive, as well as reliable, trustworthy and punctual. I have the ability to work in a group or on my own. I have high moral standards and appall myself to the job at hand. I am a very strong willed person, enjoy a challenge, and have good communication skills. My objectives are to be true employee to ensure mutual job satisfaction, setting high standards for myself and strive to attain them and to administer work efficiently and effectively.

Excellent

I thnk its hard to find a job this days. We even try website that can help you find a job and it takes very long were to a point that its impossible to find one on those side.. they make it hard too because sometime they want to fin their application form with qualification that you don't and if you it blank your can't be applied or it can result on unsuccesfull application

Good learning person

Excellent

Working at a call centre teachers you a lot of things, you learn to be patient and you learn to deal with many kinds of but in a very good and calm way or manner. some days are much better than others especially when you recruit people you must be very polite and you must be very good at convincing people I've learned that. I've always had a great rrelationship with my co- workers cause im a peopperson who loves working with a group of other people and I respect them. I enjoy being at the office and doing my work and of cause I enjoy tea time cause I love tea. This job gets so challenging when you failing to get people especially if it's a insurance cause we all want the work to be done and people to take the insurance plus you lose commission.but I love call centre work.it's much fun and exciting.

Excellent working

Great job that many can like to do.Even though working hours are are very long which means you work tired sometimes you work night shifts Because the employed people are old so we are compromised to work even extra time ,overall the job is good.
