Total rip off

Tio much work for peanurs and when you voice out your opinions they threaten you with disciplinary action, it's a great start for people looking for experience but not for those who have worked in other companies before

Excellent working and training environment

I enjoyed doing sales for edcon through call force I learnt a lot with the company and I dealt with different people from diverse backgrounds across the country

Pros: great opportunity for growth

Self leadership and

I love working in a team that has no limits in creative thiking and the call center provides room for that and discipline. I am passionate about customer satisfactory . My call target per day would be from 100 to 130 calls a day depending on how busy the day would be. I have learnt to be more understanding towards different attitude and being more selfless when advisind and guiding my team.
