Excellent learning curve

On a normal day a person works about 12 hours a day. The relationship with coworker's is very interesting as we all help each other where help is needed and we are trained for every job withing the company. I have learned a lot I have gained a lot of experience working in the office cos I'm a cashier and an office reliever so the experience is very overwhelming and great exposure to the things I have studied. What I enjoy the most is seeing customers leave with a smile on their face and the relationship that a person have built with customers coworker's and the management is something else and to know that you matter and you make a difference is a great feeling. The challenge is that sometimes the hours are too much and you hardly get time to relaxe. Other than that noall is well.

Pros: You get to socials with customers and you get to meet a lot of different people with different things to learn from each of them. The pay is good really good for a filling station.
Cons: The long hours that a person works and you have to know every job within the shop department

Learning

I have had a great learning experience within my group but no growth opportunity unfortunately people from outside gets first privledges people whom has been around for years doesnt get the opportunity to grow within.

Good opportunity but need growth

The company is excellent for the youth As it Carter for more people in the ages of 18-30 Lakes growth of individuality And no support .the company needs more Attribute and give credit where it due Long working hours With no medical help

Good

i work 5 days in a week, 8 hours daily. my relationship with workers is very good ,we work as a team very calm under pressure,have interpersonal skills ,reliable and trustworth towards them, have learn the importance of being able to communicate well with people at all levels.what i enjoy the most is when i have done my work properly without getting any complain from my manager rather appreciation. collegues when you go againts each other, that is the most challenging apect where u need to keep calm no matter what for the sake of work and respect of the compamy
