I gained so much growth in the industry

I have learnt and was exposed to so many things that helped boost my experience and knowledge in the industry. Being in a work environment with a few colleagues was a hectic-work politics and the normal drama when there are high levels of oestrogen in the workplace

Excellent learning experience

Dealing with clients on a day to day basis is very exciting as one learn to deal with different personalities everyday. Knowing the clients and learn to interact with each and every one of them in a very professional and polite manner. It is also very important to become a good leader and also a good team player to your team members to create a very pleasant working environment. . I enjoy working with different people because of my passion for what I do. . The most challenging aspect of my job is working shifts. It is nice to know and to become useful to only one shift. Which makes it easier to rest properly daily

LAERNING TO DEAL WITH PEOPLE FROM ALL WALKS OF LIFE

My relationship with my colleagues is very good as i am a neutral person who gets along with any kind of personality. I enjoy interacting with people on a daily basis from all over the world. My challenges in the job comes along with dealing with difficult clients.

Pros: great team to work with
Cons: long hours, no growth opportunity, management does look after staff
