Front of House

- Me and my co-workers come together in the morning and discuss what lies ahead the day. - We make sure that all we need for the day is in place. - I have learn to listen to one another can make your workplace more productive. - And we have learn to trust one another, yes there is difficult times, but you handle things better to treat each other with respect. - I personally enjoy most to see them in the morning because we became a family this job was a living in job, and we were together from 6:00 in the morning till 23:00. - Time management, we had to many tasks to complete and our team is to small and they work very long hours.

Learn something new every day..

We are working with kids and adults , we do activities and my relationship with my co-workers is great...we enjoy each other's company and when it's to work,we work and i am very professional....I have learnt alot of things and Im willing to learn more...I enjoy working with people and I love seeing people smile and I say we did a great job...

Experience platform

Working with camp discovery taught me to work under pressure.I am working on night as the bar opens 17:00 until 21:00 sometimes 23:00 everyday. I like what am working with so far but its strains since we are working long hours. I have lately discovered that am working nights with the daily rate not night rate. No platform to express our work feeling to the management. Camp Discovery is nice and safe place with a dictator owner. Actually no legislation followed to protect and accommodates employees rights.

Working with money doing cash ups daily cash recon tuckshop sales working long hours 06:00 - 22:00 Admin recon Banking no respekt from co workers no time off Got yelled at a lot

Ensuring that clients receive an experience that surpasses their expectations

I work as a part time camp facilitator. My job is to ensure that camp visitors have an experience that they will never forget, in so doing we make sure that clients receive the best service. Team work is the crux of how we achieve the company’s objectives. Through working at Camp Discovery I have developed my level of people skills and how to ensure that clients receive a service that surpasses their expectations.
