Excellent learning

I have objectives which are not only to learn and grow in the engineering industry but also to share my ideas and apply my acquired knowledge and skills. I particularly have an interest in the discipline of design, manufacturing, computer aided draughting, maintenance and production. I have gained extensive experience in the maintenance during my year of in-service training. I continue to gain experience in Infrastructure Management Coordinator & Control. From early in my academic career I have gained and continuously refined the ability to work alone and in a team. My great work ethic coupled with the desire to learn and an orientation to results makes me confident that this position suits my career goals.

Pros: Great opportunities of promotion and attending some training sessions related to our work
Cons: Working hours are just fair to everyone(8hours a day)

Learning curve

Good place to get entry level skilss

changing sensors, operating BMS, not much of knowledge sharing but few people share, growing is not possible at most times, I earnt a lot about servicing HVAC system machines and daily visual maintenance.

Pros: it was a great opportunity for entry level
Cons: no great promotion or challenge that requires a lot of mind application/critical thinking or problem analysis, repetetive work
