Excellent learning curve

A typical work day Capita is a nice company to work for.My relationship with my co- workers, we like family.Our operations has an open door policy whenever you need to speak to them they always avail themselves.I have learnt alot at Capita on how to communicate to our U.K clientelle which is so great becasue i was granted an oppertunity to serve these customers which I never knew I will ever do. What i enjoy most is the positve enviroment I am working in,Very friendly eberyone know eachother by name The most challenging aspect of my job is to deal with elderly customer's I do get the job done in the end however sometimes they can talk alot which push up my Average Handeling Time on a call The reason why i am applying for this job is that i feel its time for a change, working for UK clientelle is everchanging in shifts or your position

Best support offered

Good learning medium however opportunity for growth in preferred field not yet available. Always provides fun ways to help liven up the environment for all employees and is internationally recognized.

Stepping stone

Working at Capita part-time is ideal as there are not many part-time jobs that pay as well. Most of my co-workers were young and therefore relatable making the work environment fairy pleasant. My only criticism would be lack of consistency from management and failure to follow through with process

Love working towards solving issues

a typical work day is getting to work on scheduled time and logging into systems with two breaks and one lunch and basically taking calls throughout the day I have good relations with fellow employees and I have learnt a lot from working with other people and customers and have been pushed to the limit so many times but I've learnt to be strong and tolerant I enjoy being able to solve peoples problems and make someone's day challenges would be difficult customers but at the end of the day we find a solution
