Mixed Experience

Meeting at the office, loud music is played and the team practice the pitches. we break and spend 80-85% of the day walking around headhunting people for sales. I have a good relationship with the secretary.

Pros: Good promotion opportunities
Cons: Long Working hours and strenuous days. Walking for 80% of the day and dealing with nasty people

Knowing how to communicate

I like the work of advertising because its the easiest way of proving yourself that that, you are a failure or not, its up to you. I enjoy speaking with different people

Excellent learning curve

A typical work day with me is very inspiring for a Trainer/Someone who will be training because I'm a good listener and a fast learner therefore the person who will be training me might change careers and become a Teacher. I'm a team player but I also work well independently. I'm the one who throw jokes here and there and the one who cares and put others needs before mine when necessary. I have learnt that i always have to maintain a great attitude at work no matter how my situation is back at home. I enjoy speaking to customers/clients and meeting new people. The most challenging aspect of the job is not having a basic salary and not knowing how much you will earn a month, depending on how much sales were successful.

Good learning curve

Its a good place for straight out of school or college students but not a good fit for a long term. Over worked but get paid less or not even at all. Working as a sales agent is not the type of an ideal job but if you have nothing else offered to you than its okay

As an individual ive learnt alot of things working on group taught me to be patient and team building also allowing me to build alot off relationships with different people

A great company to work for if you love sales

A Very great company to work for has taught me a lot in terms of great working habits and reaching my goals and sales.They call me Coolstar because im great to work with a great team player and i bring a vibe to the office.Capital Growth is a great company to work for especial if you still in your early age.
