Good for school leavers

Work does become monotonous. Being based out of the office, I hardly get to interact with other colleagues . After being moved to work out of head office, I can say that I have not learnt anything new with regards to what the company is doing etc. I enjoyed the challenge of being left to do my own work and run my own site.

Pros: You get exposed to different places.
Cons: There is a lot of racisim in the company. Where you find that only Indians get promoted.

Good

I am a good planner , pro-active ,have time management skills , hard worker,and enjoy with people . Communication skill , Leadership skills , and accuracy. working with figures and learning more about difference system . I always need a solution
