No 2 days are the same I work in a stressful changing environment and because we work with the market trade everyday is a new day. Continuously updating and trying to do things smarter. Building relationships and picking up numbers.

i have learned a lot while working for Captal SA i have been with the company for almost 6 years. My typical work day is very busy environment don't have time to play as from Monday to Wednesday i am busy capturing 26 sites wages +-500 employees. during that days i am also recruiting for the client as needed. Thursdays i do all crediting and re-invoicing if there is any. Fridays assisting employees with wage queries if any. i enjoy working with payroll as this is my main role. Everything is challenging as you don't know what to expect on a daily basis. I have a good relationship with my co-workers as we work as a team.
