Chemicals es, results and conclusions. • To conduct on a daily basis quality control testing on production batches in progress. • To ensure that the work place is always neat • Ensure safety standards in the lab are placed and implemented. • To report all safety and maintenance matters to the factory manager. • Calibrate laboratory equipment and maintain the register. • Maintain and replenish reagents, glassware and other lab utensils. • Test and monitor water quality on a daily basis. • Assist with monthly stock take as required. • Conduct and maintain a testing programme on incoming raw materials. • Manage and maintain the process of for retention samples.

Opportunity and earnings potential.

Looking at earning and value for my expertise in the new company I want to join where I can be seen for my effort. No room for growth, No structure and and no room for change by current manager in warehouse. HR is doing what they can, but always brushed off. I was employed to bring structure but are being brushed off every time.

Cons: Long hours, Hard Labour, Always being watched by CCTV and no SHE protocal.

VERY CHALLENGING

A TYPICAL WORK DAY IS MORE THAN 8 HOURS WITHOUT ANY OVERTIME. SOMETIMES THERES NO TIME FOR TEA OR LUNCH AS RESPONSIBILITIES COMES FIRST. STOCKTAKE TAKE PRIORITY EVERY END OF THE MONTH AND WE WORK UNTIL WE ARE DONE. I ALWAYS TRY NOT HAVE PERSONAL RELATIONSHIP WITH MY CO WORKERS AS WE ARE THERE TO DO OUR JOBS. I HAVE LEARNED TO ALWAYS STAY POSITIVE AND ALWAYS SERVICE OUR CLIENTS TO THE BEST OF MY ABILITY. I ENJOY WORKING WITH THE PEOPLE AND TEACHING THEM SOMETHING NEW EVERYDAY. I ALSO PUT A LOT OF THINGS IN PLACE TO GET OUT STOCK OUT FASTER. THE MOST CHALLENGING ASPECT WAS OUR WORKERS BEING VERY DISPONDENT BUT I HAVE MANAGED TO GET THE TEAM SPIRIT AMONGS THEM

Was taught how to manage stress

My current position has helped me gain knowledge and experience the will enable me to tackle any task given to me. I am also able to work in a pressured environment and to manage my own stress.

Pros: Able to interact with people and provide the best series.
