Excellent learning curve
Capsicum is a student-centric company focused on achieving student dreams. We consider ourselves as being family (employees & students). I love helping students achieve their culinary dreams, pitch them on getting an education & in the same process I'm learning about the hospitality industry, SA's education system, processes of applying for student visa's, loan &bursaries. We have lunch around a table, annual conferences, monthly staff meetings &employees from sister campuses travel across the country to bond with each other. Environment:professional, educational, fun, free. Excellent teamwork &highly innovative when it comes to events like open days, competitions, conferences etc. Very High targets to be met turning enquiries into enrollment, however, everyone plays a part in helping us achieve targets, whether it be motivating or surprising us with goodies early morning:) Student Advisors are very complementing &supportive &celebrates every achievement! 1 of the best companies I've worked for.
Pros: fun, relaxed and free environment
Cons: Extremely high targets

Review
On a daily basis I will contact students and provide them with course details and information. I will check bank accounts to see if payments has reflected. Book appointments for open days and consultations. My employees are always willing to assist our team and they very easy to get along with. I have built relationships with students always going the extra mile to make things more flexible and easy. I love to see them achieve their goals. What has been most challenging is a difficult student trying to help them in every way I can. If i don't have the answer I will ask my line manager to help.
Pros: team work
Cons: no communication between management and staff
