Have learned allot using pastel and various windows programmes Assist in ordering parts Doing quotes for customers Stock taking Month and year end Pettycash Customer service Assisting the manager Good co worker relationship a shoulder to lean on I enjoy working with figures the most finding a solution Have increased my knowledge regarding vehichles and parts and about engine sizes and prices on parts and services

Good position for getting experience in a small business environment

Assist in booking in customer's cars Open job cards Assist flyer personnel Answering the switchboard Assist machanics in issueing spare parts Assist customers with enquiries and complaints Do filing Do invoicing Control petty cash Do invoicing Do month-end balancing The most challenging aspect is to be the middle person between customers and the manager/mechanics

Pros: No oppertunity for promotion
Cons: Long working hours and working every weekend.

Eager to learn more than i know

I'm a friendly person with customers that I learned from pick ,n pay where I used to work before. I enjoy my work here as receptionist, we treat each other as brothers and sisters I've learnt about cars what I enjoy about my work is, it teaches me how to work under pressure the most challenging with my job is to do month end report balancing the bank statement and etc...
