Gaining experience, observing the pressure

-work from 8:00 am till 22:00 at night. No lunch time, manager and employer very abusive, . have to be perfect all the time. My position is assisting the boss , taking minutes , notes .

Good experience gained

Carefree investments is not a normal run company. There are no basic systems involved and everyday you face challenging situations. I have learnt a lot of the months, especially how to merchandise, negotiate with customers and how to sell things to suppliers.. the only downfall is that you are required to work 8am-8pm Monday to Wednesday, without overtime and still be at work at 8am the next day, the working hours change in a daily basis as well, we tend to finish after 8pm. I get along with my colleagues and have learnt how to multitask, be a team player as well as a leader.
