Hard work and little free time. Strict deadlines. Learning. Limited chance for growth.

There is stability in terms of keeping a job. Top management hardly communicate with the employees at the bottom. There is a sense of not caring The report structures are distorted. The are limited report structures a me policies are never promoted.

Cons: Poor management. Bad communication. Little consideration for human capital's wellbeing.

From being a driver to supervisor

8 hour shift good relationship with management and drivers transportation systems, SAP,Fleet logic,Drive smart not enough resources to do my work diamond communication plan, having to report to more than 2 companies

Good communication

My relationship with my co-workers is good we working well we communicate good and work as a team, working as a team you get to know things you didn't know you learn new things every day.
