Carma Systems is a very good company...giving young South Africans a chance to show off their skills.growing big with the company,providing the training opportunities for youth..promoting the equalities.

Good for learning

Carma systems gave me an exposure to IT. I learnt a lot while working with them. I am working as a support technician and am also in hardware and software. Carma systems works with ticking system so there i was exposed to SQL and server management. I have experience in working with point of sale. Working at carma is good for someone who is just looking for experience or starting up with career.

Pros: No growth financially
Cons: Long working hours

Very quick to learn from an technical perspective

From when I was started I learned a lot like networking, programs, to handle clients at help desk if need be, visiting clients ect, now a days is the same over and over, not any room for growth here, now new work coming in, people wise very chilled, you do get some that is upset about salaries, which gives an negative vibe around work but that is nothing new

Pros: Always work hard
Cons: I don't mind
