Excellent learning curve and gaining more experience
Working with people has always been part of my dream that’s why I pursued customer service job as my a career, I started 2013 as a bar tender I enjoyed every moment of it, I went to sales for more experience I enjoyed it too but the time I went to the dealing industry, it was I dream come true. I became a dealer April 2016 everything there gave me a challenge and that made me feel I belong. I cope well under pressure, very self-motivated, love learning new things every day, when it comes to my work I’m very competent. Therefore I highly think I’m the suitable candidate for the job because I have the necessary requiremenents and experience for the job. Joining your team help me improve where ever I lack, grooming me to be one of the best in the industry. I highly appreciate that my application was considered thank you.
Pros: Great opportunity for promotions
Cons: Long working hours

A must for anyone looking at entering the Hospitality Industry.
Working on a cruise line is hard work and doesn't suit all. You work 7 Days a week for 6 - 8 months at a time. Not only do you gain exceptional hospitality skills and travelling, you work amongst up to 60 different nationalities and make friends all over the world. It's also a great way to save money as your day to day living expenses are covered, including housing and food. The most challenging aspects are being away from family for long periods of time, including holidays and missing birthdays/milestones and anniversaries. Bad weather can also be stressful at times, depending on the position you have chosen and how this affects your daily tasks. Unfortunately, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, cruising service has been paused in most countries and slowly being returned to service in Europe currently after 6 months. I joined the industry in 2010 and have only one regret: not joining the industry sooner!
Pros: Always an opportunity to move to another Department and to grow
Cons: Working 7 days a week for 6 - 8 months before a 2 month holiday, not fit for all but worth every minute for most.

Great learning experience in how to manage the customer and employee experience
Carnival is the worlds largest and most favorite cruise-line. It is very focused on creating a workplace where employees are highly engaged. It has very high environmental and safety standards but is very strongly focused on creating unforgettable customer and employee experiences that builds both customer and employee loyalty and advocacy with the resultant revenue benefits. (Note: I work in the USA but your system does not allow me to put it in the city field..)
Pros: Great to learn to work with nationalities, cultures, religions from all over the world
Cons: High presuure
