I am a Credit Controller / Debtors Administrator with 10 years experience and seeking to use my customer skills to improve customer satisfaction of all accounts being resolved. Looking for a position where i can grow my knowledge of accounting/ credit control and within the company to minimize the risk of bad debt and write off accounts and to solve problems to improve collection efficiency. To grow into a young dynamic Financial Accountant Position and be an asset to your company if given the chance. Self-starting, taking action to achieve goals beyond what is required Work well under pressure without compromising work quality or standards. The ability to move past obstacles to achieve end results in an efficient and professional manner. Sets own high goals and performance standards, producing work timorously,accurately and of a consistently high standard. Ability to handle high volumes as well as meet deadlines with the view to adding value to the business by delivering the required results.

Cons: I am eager in learning to the best of my knowledge and to grow with the company, will study further if needed from me to achieve the best qualification and standards of a company. Hard working employee and take pride in my work.

Exciting new challenge everyday

1. start off the day with liaison with clients 2. billing clients and paying subcontractors for loads done the previous day. 3. instructing Operations staff to book and follow up on vehicles 4. Authorizing the issue of toll and diesel 5. challenges would be unrealistic demands clients has. 6. Not being able to satisfy every client

Pros: Meet and liaise with people daily, constant thrill and excitement with every new day, excitement from making money and seeing the profit result at month end and receiving remuneration therefore
Cons: long working hours, weekend work. 24/7 on standby, have to be available 24/7 if clients phones or needs updates on the whereabouts of their cargo.
