I WAS WORKING AT CALL CENTER WHERE I LEARNED MORE ON HOW TO TAKE GOOD CARE OF CUSTOMERS PHONETICALLY EVEN THOUGH SOMETIMES IT WAS NOT EASY BECAUSE SOME OF THE CUSTOMERS WERE RUDE JUST BECAUSE OF THE SERVICE OR PRODUCTS THEY RECEIVED FROM THE COMPANY SO THERE WAS A CHALLENGE OF DEALING WITH THE ISSUES. MY RELATIONSHIP WITH THE CO-WORKERS WAS VERY GOOD I ENJOYED BEING WORKED AS A TEAM, AND I ENJOYED BEING AROUND WITH MANY PEOPLE.
