A stepping stone to a broadened mind

Stressfully working environment. Unpaid overtime, however My salary was paid on time. It was work, work, work, Work. Most colleagues were bearable. Early morning, late, Late nights.

Pros: Salary paid on time.
Cons: Extremely long working hours.

Learning and excel

My working days are always busy. my relationship with my co-works is good I do mot take my personal issues at work. I have learned to deal with difficult customers. I seeing clients happy with the service I give them. to deal with angry clients.

Exellent customer relations

What i enjoyed most from my previous employment was the satisfaction i see from the clients we service. Having been in social grant payments made me see myself as a person that is able to bring positive change to people's lives. With co -workers my ablitiy to teach,lead, support and discipline made me proud especially when i see colleagues grow and be successful in thier roles because of the input i have in their professional lives as a leader. The most challanging ascpet of my job was not being able to override any process especially when it posses operational challange.At times when you are assisting clients and you know the easiest way will be when you use common sense but you are prohibited by the organization's rules.

Cons: Not being recognized for hard work snd dedication

Unprofessional working area

I'm currently working in a company which is unprofessional. I can't take annual leave and working hours is unusual. Do not get any overtime or performance bonuses.

Good learning curve

The beneficiaries we helped were more than one can imagine because we enrolled Sassa beneficiaries and the towns we attended were 18 with only 6 staff members to work with. In 2018 CPS reduced number of staff and I was left alone to work in two districts Lejweleputswa and Fezile Dabi and it was a stressful time for me because now I had to attend more than 20 towns, and in September after the Sassa contract ended I was retrenched and they called the people who were first retrenched and gave them a job

Pros: To get Experience
Cons: Getting a better position like supervisor post didn't change my salary
