Excellent learning skills

Cashbuild is a good company and looks out for the interest of its employees. Working there has been a great experience for me and I've learned and benefited a lot from the company. Team work,responsibility, transparency are terms are of great importance when one is working in an organisation. Respect is also one of the major aspects I've learned, for colleagues, management and the customers that make the business running. Challenges may occur while on the duty field but,but behavioural skills are of importance, temper management a more complex and very important skill one is trained on whilst on duty.The package is good too and you learn to love your job everyday as the company also motivates it's employees. Working for this company has been a and still is a great business adventure for me.

Excellent and great skills

I feel and believe in what I do and always commit myself.The company is paying compared to other retail companies, but I still believe that this kind of work requires a salary worth more than what I'm being paid,for it is time consuming and a pot of pressure is required.we put in extra working hours just to get the job done and to make sure that we meet the companies best interest.we work in a very cooperative way amongst ourselves as employees and I've also learnt that team work and mutual help keeps work going.i enjoy every part of my job that's why I strive for best results in all I do.challenges I come across is the extra time and pressure that one has to surpass on daily basis.
