Hard worker , can work well under pressure

I'm a branch manager i ensure that clients are assisted in a friendly and efficient manner . I assist client by checking affordability and issue of loans . I have to make sure that all loans are loaded on our debit order system . I approve loans and check that the affordability are done correct and check client score on our credit check system. My busy days are month ends where i assist more than 100 clients on that date . What i enjoy about my work is to assist people with their financial needs and advice them on our different loan products . I have a good relationship with my co workers although im the branch manager i appreciate their input and hard work . What i have learned with this job is how to respect and not take people for granted because they are the clients and they grow the company . What i find to be challenging about my job is when you have to issue a loan you have to make sure that the client can afford the loan in terms when he repays your monthly installment

Cons: Over time we work on pay dates

Can work well under pressure, have good communicatrion skills

I am a branch manager at Castanet trading my job is to assure that all clients are assisted in a friendly an efficient manner . I make sure that we reach our target every month by adding new clients . I have 3 staff members working with with me i am a team player i value their opinions and input in the company . This job has teach me how to respect and be patient with my clients . What i enjoy most is assisting a client and giving advice to whatever problem they might have and to find a solution .The most challenging aspects about my job is when you dealing with more than 100 clients on the busy days and you still have to make sure that there are no shortages and variance at the end of the day.

Pros: I started at Castanet trading as a Office Assistant and have worked my self to be a Branch Manager
Cons: I dont have a problem with putting in extra hours and working over time
