Great company to learn. Thrown into the deep end and lots of challenges in a tough competitive market. Environmental is results focused, not so much a people oriented company.

Pros: Steep Learning curve but good learning opportunities with hands on experience
Cons: Unstable work environment with high staff turnover. Not a company that looks after its employees
