Excellent at learning and getting the job done.

I work under pressure and have a great relationship with my staff and we get the job done before the end of the day. I'm only part time and I'm interested in a permanent job. I have learned a lot at this company like building of circuit beakers and to make about 8000 in a day. Controlling staff and also do spot checks.

This was a definite learning curve

Start to set out all the workers, explain every morning their task for them for the day. Engage in discussions regarding the work for the day and the week. Do inspections during the regarding the discussed work. Meetings with the client and engage with the engineers. Good relations with the client and workers is key. You learn every day even if it is a technical word of a product. One of the job satisfactions is if you overcome a change and the end result is positive. It is enjoyable to stand back and look at the completed work and feel satisfied and then thanking the workers for a job well done. Do planning end of the week for the next week ahead.
