I work well with a team.

I have more than 15 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing and sales environment. I was also part of the team that implemented MLPs in ABI of which was the first project in SA. I also have a very good working knowledge of SAP. I am able to work well under pressure and deadline driven. I work well with a team.

Pros: I have gained a large scale of working knowledge
Cons: Good internal controls when it comes to dealing with cash sales and accounting practises

Perfect for personal growth

the company that I am working for i have built good relationship with colleagues. On a typical day it is busy where one can not fully rest during lunch. The most challenging aspect is having to meet the target and no Teamwork here but rather competition amongst ourselves.

Great place to gain important experiance

We attend MDT meetings before shift.We are given a production plan with daily targets.As a PPC its my duty to wear PPE and work safely.We need to control the quality in the process and at the same time produce efficiently ,eliminating all disallowed stoppages the causes downtime.We have to work as a team and assist one another.I enjoy achieving daily goals and targets.

Excellent healthy working environment

Excellent working environment that's fun and diverse cultural groups that accommodate each other with their differences. Working hours are normal as well as ratings are fair.

I am a young adult looking to grow myself in my career

I work with a variety of personalities I also work well with others and that makes it easier to get the job done as a team im also well organized and only strive for the best.

Excellent learning curve

Ccbsa was supposed to be the best company to work for but the people that are pit to lead the company failed to do so. Some are not even qualified to lead teams yet they get jobs in Leading roles.

Hard worker

Im a very hard working person who is always willing to learn. I always go over board with my work and i have a good relationship with my manager and co workers. Time management is what i live for

Excellent maintance work

The most challenfing part is the machine we use to operate with it requires alot supervision you, i have wonderful co workers and we get along very well and assisting each other, working at ccbsa is one of my dream career but want to see myself at a higher position earning more and having more value at the company,

Discipline and contained

Good working hours, accountability is clear, we work like the owner of the company. The only challenging about this line of work is Ullages and inexperience management. I have learn to be independent in the trade a leadership skill and negotiation skills, one have to be disciplined to work in this felt

Continuously changing and continuous improvement and skills acquiring,new products and trials,and regular safety tool box for a safe working environment
