Company mistreat the employees
Company doesn't look after there employees and for there best interests. Management verbally and mentally abuses the employees. Don't get paid for overtime you work long hour.

It's been a great learning experience
I have learned so much working at ccd couriers from when I started out as a driver, then becoming a team leader dealing with clients and the kyc requirements and fiscal compliance. Also making sure all driver are following the proper procedures when doing deliveries., and now also filling a supervisor role as well as assistant branch manager in cpt office, dealing with call centers daily targets as well as courier daily targets kpi and petty cash checks and balancing daily fuel costs.
Pros: Great opportunity learning about logistics and clients SLA and banking institutions
Cons: The long hours and staff turnover

Excellent learning curve
We deliver cards to clients.The company offers an employee friendly environment for us to be productive .one would gain consistency of their day to day function. I had a very cordial and productive relationship with my manager .I led a team which achieved the company milestone

Gain experience
My name is shaheer cassim and I am 24 years old. I currently work at a Logestics company as a quality assurance clerk and data capturer. My job is to verify documents returned from routes, scan the documents and upload it onto the database. Thereafter file the original documents. Following up on the delivery I call the client to ask about our services. My typing speed is up to 25-35 words per min and I'm a hard worker. We always work as a team and the most difficult times are during night shift but that doesn't stop me from finishing up what was delivered for the day.

Great opportunity to work with people and learn more about them and their religions
I am a call center agent. I do Bookings for our goods and making appointments if the client prefers to fetch themselves. so the work can be easy for our Couriers to deliver. Challengings are a daily basis we get to have difficult clients on various behavior.we only have to be professional when dealing with a client no matter what situation it is. I enjoy working with my colleagues we also get to have team building activities which makes things smoother for everyone. I enjoy mostly when one has a problem with work we write bit down everyday on the meeting before we knock off at work we find a way of solving it.helping each other.which has thought me one learns new things everyday.and in order to learn you must ask for help.
Pros: Great opportunity to grow within the company and be what you desire to be.

Good experience
The company it's okay but the money it's not good aservice we also work over time .bad management ; I didn't enjoy working there; everything was just bad to that company; they don't appreciate you in good day even though u reach your target everyday ; they create negative things out of nowhere. .Everyone is not happy to work thr

Well established company
It's a great company I have learned a lot from just being a graduate student. Started as business analyst, to a help desk technician, until I became a IT supervisor. I have learned a work well with clients and insure that we meet their requirements. I have worked hard a always put in the extra time as its a big come. Responsibilities on daily basis: Importing data Running reports Sending attendance mail Creating users access for our clients Assigning tickets to developers Ensuring that all servers are up and running Making sure Sql jobs are running Doing reference check on new recruits Most challenging is dealing with an angry client.

Good driving experience
It is a greate platform to gain experience although it is time consuming due to abnormal working hours especially if you are on standby. Good team work and friendly colleagues. I've learned that when dealing with clients you have to humble yourself even if you not wrong because a customer is always right.

Customer service experience
Working for ccd couriers had Tought me how to deal with Clients,difficult clients aswell,Problem solving and finding solutions...having to deal with returned cards after a failed delivery,making arrangements to second delivery,Being both in and out call centre agent in a fast environment...under preasure at times

Bad company
Not following labour laws, people get dismissed now and then. No signing of warnings you get dismissals straight away and no one will represent you during the dismissal proses. When you car breakdown four a month you're dismissed. Every year employees get increase of R200 or less. Our cars are not rait according to the kilometres. We get monthly salary of R6300 that's all. We are delivering bank cards.
Pros: A company which does not care for it's employees, using your own car but earnings less than R10 000 a month, no benefits, they treat you like your nothing. No service on our cars. No provident fund
Cons: Depends what time you finish your deliveries.
