It was a good organisation i have gained experience.

The organisation was very good and have manageable learners. everything was up to date, colleagues were very disciplined and work together to have good results at the end of the year. The School is taking the learners who are improving grade 12 results and providing extra classes for those learners who are doing grade 10-12. were facing so many challenges becouse other learners were improving the old syllabus and they are old even in teacher at work. At C.C.E Finishing School i was not working full time, it was a part time to all the Educators becouse everyone come when you have a class then after a lesson you are free to go home. I was teaching Accounting and Economics and i have gained alot of experience. I was having a good results in the School.

Pros: good results got extra cash
Cons: 2 hours per day

Excellent

I am currently working with 5 employees, we are only working according to our period, others they work 2 hours a day and I usually work 4 hours a day because I am teaching 2 modules others they do 1 module. we are all students in this project and we working as part time job. what I love the most in this job I have gained experience in accounting and economics because I didn't done accounting and economics on Grade12. I was doing physics and maths. the most challenging in this job is that other learners they did grade12 years ago now you have to start from the scratch because they forgotten most of the things and they were doing old syllabus.

Pros: CellC offer us projector, computer and Tabblets for last year great results
Cons: I usually work 4 hours or less
