Duties Contacted new and existing customers to discuss how their needs could be met with specific products and services. Conducted business to business telephone sales. Quoted prices, credit terms and other bid specifications. Respond to all customer inquiries in a timely manner. Maintained detailed account records and contact logs using Outlook. Price negotiation and order placements. Build new and existing relationships with businesses within the reef and outside countries. 

A typical work day Find supervising my staff has been challenging and rewarding - Your relationship with co-workers good - What you have learnt new product - environment is different yet challenging - What you enjoy most Learning new things to expand my knowledge - The most challenging aspects of the job being the Sales Manager - tuff but enjoyable
