Its a fun environment where i have learned a lot about customer services and call centre management.i have learnt to work smart and always be focus while i have fun and always finding ways to make my job easy and manageable.

Customer experience It's hard work with a lot of people in one place but also reviving because there is also competition I enjoy making a happy customer

Excellent learning and experience

Excellent working experience and great work environment, great opportunities. Loved working with the people, staff is amazing and friendly. We had great managers, we also had lots of fun at the office. Great food. Not so friendly customers but days were different. Having too many calls was the greatest challenge of them all. Having to work on weekends was no fun but we had to just get the money

Helping international customers

TtTghhnttgbtworking hours are 10 and 5days a week. Management has made it hard to work but the co workers are very great. Ee work to.impress customers who come with queries. b cf

Long working hours (night shift)

Its an amazing atmosphere among fellow colleagues. Full if fun and energy. I have see days where by one would wake up with the willingness to go ti work. But lately its more about you have to go and do your hours. The most frustrating thing the wheen you have work very hard for the month to get commission and its get taken away

Pros: The fellow employees are awesome
Cons: Not getting commission and frequent changes in com structure

Reasonable working experience and learning

The company is not paying very well indeed but they do make it up for that by doing more events in regular basis. The experience is also good because you get to know more products from their different clients, the product knowledge i have is local as i am on MTN customer service. The working environment is indeed exciting though we work under pressure most of the times due to high call volume. CCI call center is a good company to get the working experience and learning etc, so i consider it as a stepping stone towards the greater companies.
