Great Learning curve

CCI is a great place to work in however, the pay is ridiculously lousy and the working hours do not afford one a life which in turn makes it very easy to lose the drive and motivation for work.

CUSTOMER relations

Long hour's . Not enough payout Good incentive but basic is Not sufficient Growth within company is not possible as one is restricted to too much work

I have gain more experience

I feel that it is very unfair. You never get what is promised. I have enjoyed working with our team it's been so amazing. I have gain experience I didn't have eg: CCMA.

I have been given a great opportunity at CCI and have received great support throughout my tenure and I'm a team player so I would like to explore other fields in other places.
