It is an exciting job and I feel fulfilled if all goes according to plan

My typical work day involves planning,admistraion, budgets, people management. I work with people across the country as I'm at the national office. This made me to ivalue the importance of having good human relations. I enjoy interacting with my colleagues and giving them advice on development issues. The most challenging aspect of my work is the urgency that I need to roll out relevant training programmes to respond to the organisational needs given the vastness of our country,this has taught me to plan ahead and to be time cautious at all times. I have a passion for this as I have been in this fraternity for all my years of life.

Pros: Yes there is a great opportunity for personal growth
Cons: I'm used to long working hours to meet my objectives.

Dealing with labour related issues

Dealing with conciliations and arbitrations. Giving advice to clients and also handling negotiations between unions and management. Handling disputes referred to CCMA on daily basis. Also doing training on Labour Relations acts

Pros: This job is chelleing and it is also give opportunity to grow in labour relations field
Cons: The company i working is offering service to public and also offering advices to clients. The most important thing is to promote social justicde

Excellent Buyer

I successfully graduated with B-TECH Degree: Logistics Management, completed a short Course in Logistics Management, Advanced Excel and I also completed Advanced Diploma in Procurement and Supply (CIPS) of which I perceive them relevant for the development of an organization. I am currently studying professional diploma in procurement and supply. The qualification I have together with my solid experience and knowledge in this area that i am passionate abou will offer you a powerful blend of theoretical knowledge and practical implementation skills. I am currently earning R634 000 annually cost to company. I am available for Interviews at any given time and only one month will be enough for me to start a new assignment after an offer. Working under pressure, without supervision, communicating to all levels, assertive, hard worker.

I like working with people, at all levels from Cleaner to the higher rank, I like to develop people so that they grow within the Company. Resolving matters internally, resolve conflict between the parties, between the staff.Working under pressure, working without supervision. Not resting peacefully before I am satisfied that the job is complete.
