a typical work day for me will start with a meeting an then off to daily duties such as off loading reefers or loading out one as well as racking stock,locating,prepping. the job that I do is not hard physically but it is a mental strain when there are alot of orders an stuff to go out while stock is waiting to come in so it gets hectic an busy. my fellow co workers are good people but in a work place permanent staff always feel inferior to others which is a normal but unfair situation at the work place its nothing major thou because you learn how to deal with work an the drama of it when you been in other jobs learning how the environments operate. the good thing about my job is that i have learnt alot about this industry an how to have a flow in the system's an procedures you use to keep a company running

Pros: there are not many right now only the future holds the answer
Cons: it's a cold storage so it gets very cold at night an when you in the cold room

I have learnt that it is important to work as a team because we accomplish a lot .we are like a family. Experiencing different personality and how to interact with new people.

Great products great clients awesome company

Fixed Term Contract Warehouse Manager

CCS is a great company to work for. they take care of their staff and make sure that their staff safety comes first. There are many customers that are onboard with both inbound and outbound activities daily. i have really enjoyed assisting in getting the Inventory Integrity back up to standard.

Excellent Learning Curve

Excellent learning curve in the Telecommunications field but lack of growth in the cooperate ladder. Great improvement in communication skills because of different role players involved.
