Great experience with all of the Automitive and IT Giants in the SA industry

My morning include meetings with the consultants working on my specific projects, to get updates on progress and any problems that I should be aware of and make the customer aware of. Communication is very important when you are dealing with someone's business.. We get a chance to both laugh about certain issues and also find solutions as to where we can improve and seek assistance if needed to minimize risk.. I have learnt that a successful project is only as good as the team that is responsible to execute it. My team and I need to have an open relationship for communication to be free. I have certain tools I use to update my projects and to also keep the customer up to date with where we are on the project.. I enjoy working in a team with professional employees who have the same goals as I do. I enjoy working with people who are honest and van communicate as well as take responsibility for their actions.

Pros: Great traveling experience
Cons: No appreciation show for all of the long hours and sacrifices put in.

Excellent learning curve

I have learned a lot at CDK Global and this was my first job. It is a beautiful environment to work in. The environment is of skilled, vibrant and helpful people. The workbis almost always challenges and encourages growth in product knowledge.

Dead end

When I started I had hopes of a progressing career, but then nothing penned out. Still doing the same thing 11 years later. There has been some improvements recently, but enough to give a 5 star rating.

Pros: New GM has been working on improving the culture
Cons: You'll always warm less than a new employee as your worth is not viewed as impotent
