Great learning opportunity
i love what i do on a daily basis, great learning opportunities, meeting different clients daily and building good relationships. its good knowing that I have a good working structure with my colleageus, for support and deligating. the most challenging aspect of my job is working long hours and working on weekends.
Pros: got promoted after 6 months since i joined the company

Good learning opportunities
my current company is a huge Corporate company, with excellent management and huge staff complements. my day starts off by planning the work load, briefing and de-briefing my staff and executing our daily task to the best of our abilities. i have all customer queries and try resolve them within a reasonable time frame. i have learnt how to deal with difficult customers and staff members from different cultural back ground.
Pros: massive company with apple opportunities to learn

I would like to find a position that pays well and is busy during working hours.
I start working at 7:15am through to 5:00pm. Very busy position answer to the mails that have accumulated over night and start with the tasks of the day including CEO Diary, travel, etc. Ensuring the 5 executives under the CEO are working on their tasks assigned by him. Received the reporting, consolidating reports and forward to CEO. Need to respond to mails and messages after hours and on weekends. I get on well with the co-workers, though no time to socialize. I have learnt time management and attention to detail. I enjoy the challenge of getting everything done on time and winning. Getting all the Execs to complete their tasks and reports on time.
Pros: I have learnt a lot and have enjoyed the challenges

Learnt a little
Learnt a little about printers especially lexmark laser printers. Typical work day i come in and hope i have some incidents to do if so i tackle them one by one until im done then i just sit around doing nothing hoping for more to come in. My manager is the best manager you could ask for no doubt.

I have almost 1 year experience working on Windows server 2012 as well as POS systems. I enjoy working in a team more than individually as i have seen how much effect this has on my current job.

Opportunity for growth
I am a Tshwane University of Technology graduate with 3 Years of experience in IT Support field. I was studying towards my National Diploma in IT:Support Services which I completed in September 2014. My time as a support technician has taught me to cope well under pressure and multitask. I also find it easily to communicate with colleagues, co-workers and management. I am currently looking forward to join an exciting and ambitious organization such as yours in order to learn and grow my self professionally. I am a hard working person with the ability to cope well under pressure and calm when dealing with conflicts.

In life learning never stops, does not matter the age
I enjoyed working for CEB because it was where learning never stops as you deal with customers on daily basis, so every day it was a new challenge because of different customers have different issues. A typical day was taking calls from customers to report their queries and i will ensure that their problem are attended. We were working as a team because ceb is an IT company that support 75% of SOUTH AFRICAN retail, so each person has different stores to deal with, that is why it was so important to as a team. I have learnt to be good listener because also be attentive to full details that will be helpful in terms of making decision, i have seen many people making lot of mistakes by not listening carefully. The most challenging was when you have to deal with a very angry customer who want their problem to be solved right now or they will take their business to another service provider. so it is important to have full information before you make any decision and ensure that you understood the customer very well

Respect and Loyalty
Its great working with my colleagues, if I do get stuck there someone to help me out. its always good to work within a team. Day to day i see that the engineers are out on the road attending the incidents that are logged, making sure incidents get closed within SLA. What i enjoy is that the engineers treat me with respect and vice versa. What i dislike is laziness when an engineer drag an incident out to the next day.
