Lack of transparency

the company is a very good and expanding company . and workers are well taken care off and grievances quickly resolved. however the shift work does not balance with home time. shift work can be accommodated if its not every week.the outsourcing and working without knowing whats happening in the company whereby things and process changes anytime that neglects the customer care we ought to give to our valued customers. there is a lack of transparency in business processes especially for temp staff vesus the permanent stuff

Pros: its a big growing company
Cons: there is no room for promotions and outsourcing makes our livelyhood to be in the dark

Excellent Learning experience

Great company to work at, have great benefits and have learned so much in the company. Even though targets fluctuate, it's easy to reach and have awesome payout structure.

Pros: Learning about new phones and technology
Cons: Long working hours
