I have learn how to work with client difficult and not difficult, pressure.

I am passionate about my job, and i enjoy my job in an amazing way, i value and respect people i work with in order to do the right thing for the company, i have learnt how to work with difficult client/customer, i enjoy seeing my client helped and happy about my service, challenge is when you talk to a difficult customer who is not helped well he/she will be furious but at the end of the day i have to make a plan that the person is helped.

Pros: My hard work will say everything.
Cons: I dont mind working long hours as i have been in the same industry for more than 4 years

Excellent to learning opportunities

It's really good working in a big company where u can expand your interests in the business industry. And also that it gives you time and space to learn while you work.you also gain experience in other fields of work if you are willing to study

Cons: Also working all hours as we go by shifts
