I am a highly motivated Professional with experience and passion in Office management, Procurement, Catering on-board, Childcare, Travel Industry and Events Coordinating Industry, as well as secretarial and PA Skills, Basic Admin and Accounts. I'm capable of functioning in a highly confidential environment. I am able to sense the organizational culture, the level of organizational maturity and adapt one’s approach accordingly. I believe that I am in a position to add value to your organisation, by dealing with this accept of your core business (Procurement, Office PA, General Admin, Catering Department, Leisure Travel & Events Coordinating), which frees up other consultants who specialise in other fields and areas of expertise. My desire for my career is to find a career within an organization that will allow me to be myself and to prove my worthiness. I would like to work within an organization that gives me the opportunity to learn and grow on a continuous basis and that can offer me a challenge.

Lots of experience gained throughout my working experience
I work well under pressure, I am adaptable in any environment and am willing to learn any new skills that may enhance my development to further myself in the career path that I choose. I work well with people and have managed no less than 20 employees at one time that reported directly to me. I have experience over a vast range of fields from sales to security to aviation. I have experience in both the operational and administrative aspects of any position that I have held throughout my working experience. Well I work well with people , the most difficult aspect of this is changing the mindset of employees who feel they cannot grow within a company for whatever reason and to motivate these staff without having to use the incentive of money. Disciplining of staff is also quite a challenging feat which requires different approaches to different situations.i have also had extensive IR training throughout the companies I have worked in this regard.
