Review of my daily tasks

Typical work day consists of monitoring Turnaround Reports in order to meet SLA,daily checkins with staff and colleagues,distribution of workloads and ensuring that our Turnaround time on repairs,queries and escalations are resolved timeously.I have an exclennet relationship with my co-workers and we have respect for each other.I enjoy the satisfaction of completing tasks and difficult queries and issues as well as the satisfaction of knowing that my staff have been trained well and are able to process any instructions received from me to the best of their ability.The most challenging aspect of this job is that the challenges are few and far between,I would have liked to take on new challenges which I know I will excel at.

Pros: Satisfaction of getting to achieve and exceed our targets
Cons: no real challenges

Skill programme hosted employed by Centerfield Software.

I would like to think I learned a lot ever since I enrolled in a skill programme hosted by Centerfield Software. I had a broad view on how I look at technology specifically computer, I now know how the computer operates and how the fix the hardware side of computer. I can say I am well groomed technician lookin for permanet employement related to my resume. I can start immediately Please consider my application.

Pros: I value team work, I believe it can bring a strong track of achievement within the company. I try to proffessional by all means. I am a keen learner and communicated with people and quick in solving problems and coming up with solutions.
Cons: I tend to spend more time doing the work and achieving the goal. I sacrifice not to go lunch in order to meet the dateline.
