Good exposure

Centlec company has firstly taught me how to respecte other colleagues and greet everyone you meet even if you don't know them. I was also taught punctuality and working safe. I have learned many things relevant to my qualification that are: doing electrical designs for customers who need upgrade, doing quotations and site analysis. One that's challenging about my job is that I have to do research every day.

Pros: Great opportunity to get experience
Cons: Lack of material

Am not excell here

so my job description they do not give me because they did not give me the job to do ,there are give me to do the tea or go to bank so am not learning anything here so that's why I want to leave here

It has a rather predictable challenge set.

Not sure if there's growth opportunities. I'm yet to be truly challenged by the institution, which let's me wonder if a promotion will come through merit or if it's political.

Excellent learning curve

it's was very nice to work there,the training I got satisfied me and all my mentors in different sections they treated me with respect and they were not stingy with information.
