The financial insdurtry is a very dynamic institution that requires analytical skills and high level of innovation

Cons: pay not comensurate to work load

Excellent learning curve

Good job that exposes one to the whole financial sector in terms of different industries. Equips one with good coordination skills and stakeholder management. The job also provides an opportunity for networking. I have mostly learnt about project management and risk management. The most challenging is reconciling and harmonising different stakeholders needs, interests and priorities and getting them on the same wavelength to work towards a common goal. Getting all the 30+- projects under the programme in harmony. Lukcily, although understaffed the staff members are proactive and innovative with time management and organisation.

Pros: Diversified working environment that equips one with other skills outside their training
Cons: Lack of support and resources
