I learned to interact with different people with different culture.The way I conduct myself especially when talking to people is important because people act according to the way you treat them.I learned to be a team player hearing people out and taking their advice,and listen when I'm being corrected,apologised when I did wrong thing.

Pros: You learn medications and how treat certain conditions
Cons: The is no diversity,your are in one postion
