managing telephone, giving instruction to the Junior staff, receiving and replying to emails, sending updates to senior management. Time management is very important, listening can guide to good communication thin the company. Team work is what i enjoy most, working as a team can give you more knowledge and experience. The most challenging part is when you have to face the angry client or customer. but should you face such an incident you must paperer your self and be calm always

Pros: must be genetic with the working place good communication and well represented
Cons: face the angry client and explaining why you can not help him/her

Can work under pressure, can work with different people ,

Have good relationship within the company working as a team, > Good communication is always required within the work place > Well represented and have faith in what you're doing within the work place > allow advice and corrections receiving from your co- workers respect

Pros: gaining more experience and passing to the new staff
Cons: when you have to face unhappy clients
