Great introduction into the real world

My team is very involved and we are always the first team with everyone present in the mornings before 8:15. we are chatty and a lively bunch, very business orientated however love some banter and a good laugh. I am a very active person and love being involved in my companies netball team. I have learnt the importance of team work, whether its on the netball court, in my team or collaborating with brokers to get the best for their clients. My co-workers are great mentors for me where they set challenging tasks for me to complete and expect a high level of work in return. I love the closeness of everyone in our company and how everyone co-operates and joins in. whether it be fun company sports and social events, or more business front aspects, we are all one and we are the Chaucer family.
