Team Player

I work well with my team ., I am always willing to help where it sis needed , they are also willing to help. My day is always hectic but I always managed to be calm and do my work . I always have about 3-5 dead line a month and always managed to meet my deadline . I learn that team work is so important at work and also to get along with your colleagues also played very important role at work . The most challenging thing with my job is that I worked lot with different people , for my job to be finished involve a lot of people and it need a lot of planning and communication . but good planing and good approach ease the challenge .

Pros: there are chances to grow
Cons: yes I end up working long hours

Time management skills

I work camfortabld in goal driven group. Good working relationship with all hierachy of the company, from entry level go managerial level. I amenthusiastic to make an impact go gbd comany and make the environment condusive around me. I am open for co sultation nd advices fowards my collegues. I ha ve learned go be pdofessional at work place all tbd fime ndfake my job sdrious. I give 100% everyday whdn i am i the office. I find challenge when results dont show anx i start putting ore nd more effort i order to overcome the challe ge.

Pros: Making progress everyday and produce rssults according fo expectations.
Cons: Delay of results.

It is a good learning experience for me.

A typical day at work is answering the phone, correcting files and searching for electrical engineering tenders online. I have a really good relationship with everyone that works here. The working hours are exceptional and that is one of the things I like most about this job. I have learnt how to work in a team friendly environment and how to communicate well with other people. What I enjoy most is the ability to learn and experience new things each and everyday. the most challenging aspects of this job is learning how to do things within a limited time frame. But that is what makes it exciting and interesting to come work everyday.

Pros: There is great amount of growth within the company.
Cons: Not always knowing what to do next.
