Excellent opportunity for learning

I do plant maintenance. That includes attending breakdowns on machinery which is more mechanical and automotive. Design and conduct new plant installations. Have meetings with operators to hear their views on safety in order to eliminate human peforments errors that could lead to injuries. Do pump and motor upgrade in order to enhance reliability and efficiency.

Excellent scope for learning and progressing

Teamwork is encouraged However sometimes corporate policy gets in the way of getting the job done. Excellent focus of safety. Great working and learning environment. Hours can be challenging during shutdown periods

Great learning experience, excellent environment, however, unsure about my future in the company.

Great learning experience excellent environment however unsure about my future in the company. Nine Day Fortnight system is a huge positive (every second Friday off) vast amounts of knowledge available to learn.

Pros: a lot to learn from experienced colleagues

Global Organization

The organization has good presence in the Oil and Gas indeed and has been good working for it. The company has been through a number of changes and it’s still growing at this moment to a new organization.
