Childline is ngo that provide 24 hour servise. Have different department that mean having different professional that work along with. Its helping organisations in terms grow in profession and personal, as if work in this organisation work with different stakeholders that wiling to assist community and children who are in need of help.

I am a jack of whole trade

I am capable of doing anything at work only because I want to learn to do everything with my own. I am accustomed to working on multiple projects simultaneously. I am always politely with my teammates and get the job done. I love to work under pressure because I prepare before it comes that's why I deal with it in an appropriate manner. I am so discipline with my work because I know my work is my first priority. I also like being in a team so that I can share my conducive points of views with the team member and also to learn from them as well. In Childline I have learn telephonically professionalism and how to deal with grievant clients. I also learnt how to counsel someone who is in a bad situation such as depression, anxiety, etc.

Computer literacy, ability to work under pressure and team player

Each day is different but I strive to a work well done at the end of the day As people have different characters and opinions I always try and be calm and polite to each character and value every opinion I get as they sometimes make my work easier I have learnt to be patient and my listening skills have improved a lot and managing my time I enjoy working as a team and being in charge of any kind of situation Time management and dealing with sensitive issues
