I have learnt a lot in this journey of been an agent

The current job that i am doing requires flexibility, because you are required to attend clients or prospective tenants, even after working hours as i am an agent and property inspector. I am responsible of marketing the building that we have been a given mandate to. My co-workers are motivated, focused, well groomed, results orientated and value based people, we inspire each other to do good and well and motivated you to love what you do. I have learnt that communication is vital in every spheres of workplace, i have learnt that delivering the work is the most important to our employers. And to know and understand what you employed to do. I enjoyed seeing adding value to people, giving people good customer service, and achieving the goal and action lists for the day/week The most challenging aspect of my job is working flexible hours/days.

Pros: Great opportunity for growth within a company
Cons: flexible hours, working even on weekends and after hours.

Learning to be Super positive and Loving and Valuing myself

Typical work day - continual pressure Co-workers - dont really care about their jobs and spend most of the day talking about unwork related subjects What have I learnt - stay focused and not be distracted What i enjoy most - giving good and honest service to my clients The most challenging aspects of my job - Staying focused and calm under pressure. Clear, calm and professional communication with demanding clients. Unfortunately our management dont care about whether staff are doing there jobs or giving good performance and quality service. Management are not actively involved with daily tasks. Frustration for me to have to work in this environment. There is no integrity.

Pros: Wonderful self growth and Learning to Love myself and others in a very negative and challenging environment.
Cons: Long working hours - like being in a slave camp with no appreciation
