Great selection of sound equipment to learn from.

Through doing sound I have come to realize that running a live performance is very complicated due to the precise timing that is needed to make the show run smoothly. The most challenging aspect of it is trying to fix a problem as quick as possible while a live show is running. Relationships are very tight amoungst each other because of the amount of communication we need to have a successful show.

Pros: Very expensive sound to learn off.
Cons: Odd working hours.

Learning Curve

Love the working environment. Staff are friendly and very helpful.Good relationships are motivated on a daily basis(Christ like) I have learned that ministry is not a walk in the park.You do 5 peoples jobs and do it above your ability. I enjoy the daily motivation and prayer sessions. Challenging part of the job is you almost on duty.Weekends are not yours

Cons: Working over weekends specially Sundays
