Customer Service

I learn a lot about customer service and problem prevention rather then problem solving. Its a challenge to reach the target each day, but as a team me and my co-workers give it our best. Its work, but I prefer the office environment as I'm at my happiest when I do the banking, money management report and filing.

Pros: teaches good customer service and problem solving
Cons: its not my ideal job, so its a struggle to wake up and go to work

Out of my comfort zone

Took me out of me comfort zone and let me learn a few things. Extremely long hrs and little pay. Not fair on someone with kids. Sometimes an uncomfortable setting and environment with supervisor and colleagues. Need to take supervisor home as she has no transport of her own.

Supervisor

Retail as we know is depending of how many people enter the shop and after you approach the customers and inform the customers about the product and what the customer decide if he wants to spend money or not
