I have learned to secretarial skill and Admin skills.

I have been promoted to be an assistant to a client by doing such duties in the interim of being an Intern on this company by Answering switchboard efficiently screening visitors. Informing staff of visitors/ Business appointments control and dispatch of outgoing mail. Assisting in distribution of incoming mail. Type letters reports, presentations and other documents for the operations department. Recording of minutes at management meetings and board meetings to provide professional assistance to the General Manager to carry out administrative and general office duties. Carry out filing and general administrative work and event planning.
